All people experience suffering. It is part of life and unavoidable. I like to call this “the mud.” Though it might look different for everyone, what is similar for most people, is that the mud is deep, dark, and scary AF! Going through it means facing the things we have tried to avoid.

Most people spend their lives climbing or driving up a pile of shit trying to “get over it” never realizing that after the mud there comes a tunnel that will take you through it.
