Individual Therapy
(Online or in-person)
Sessions held via HIPPA secure platform Simple Practice. In-person sessions are unique in that I prefer to meet in a place where you feel most comfortable including near by parks, libraries, or home visits. Typically scheduled weekly or bi-weekly though this can be adjusted to meet individual needs.

Rate: 50 min session at $150
Couple / Family Counseling
(Online or in-person)
Sessions are held as needed to address mental health and treatment of each client as well as to identify ways to develop supportive home environment.

Rate: 90 min session at $180
Group Therapy
Groups are about 1.5 - 2hrs and meet bi-weekly
